If you are a Beachbody program user, you may have seen Dr. Mark Cheng on the Beachbody website or maybe on Facebook. I have been reading Mark’s blog posts about training for a few years now and he knows his stuff. From martial arts to kettlebell training to nutrition, Mark is the real deal.

Tai Cheng is the latest program created by Beachbody and they are saying it may be one of the most comprehensive fitness programs they have ever offered.

Based on the movements, concepts, and theories of traditional Yang style Tai-Chi, the Beachbody Tai Cheng workout program is named after its creator, Dr. Mark Cheng. The Mandarin Chinese translation of Tai Cheng is the “Supreme Accomplishment” in whole body health. Beachbody may have taken some creative liberties with the translation, but it sounds accurate to me.

About Mark Cheng:
