About Brett Hoebel

Who is Brett Hoebel? First off, he’s got a background in biomedical science, having been a premed student at Claremont McKenna with a clear desire to become a doctor. Upon graduating he moved to New York where he became a lab technician while applying to med school. A lifelong fan of athletics and fitness, he began teaching boxing and fitness in NYC simply as a means to make some extra cash. But when he discovered how much he loved it, he changed his career path and dedicated himself to developing the best and most effective workout routines out there.

And you know what? He succeeded, at least according to NY Magazine, which named his RevAbs class the best in Manhattan – twice. He’s trained numerous celebrities including Victoria Secret’s Karolina Kurkova, and is the co-host of Fit Family on the Discovery Channel, as well as appearing as a frequent consultant as a fitness expert on The WB Morning Show.
