  1. Stretching is a great way to start your mornings! I try to make it a habit to spend 10-15 mins to fully stretch. I hope it sticks lol!

  2. Stretch, push-ups and cardio exercises are best that i heard most of time and they work well.

    • They are awesome for your body, but many people get board with just doing that or don't know where to start.
