Please know a customer may change their coach at anytime by submitting a coach change request via telephone or email to . The customer needs to include the coach’s name, I.D, number, and email address to ensure their request is processed, along with a request for the new Coach to receive the credit for the recent order.

The new Coach may also request the Coach Change, but must provide the customer’s name, and at least one data point from each of the following categories:

1. Customer Account Info

• Customer Shipping Address
• Customer Telephone Number
• Customer Email Address

2. Customer Order Information

• The contents of the last order and the date (within 30 days) that the order was placed.
• The original order number
• The last 4 digits of the credit card used to place the order

This request may be processed via telephone or email.
