We have an absolutely beautiful tree in the front of our house. It’s great to keep our car cool in the summer all year long. Yet, day in and day out, one thing we cannot seem to avoid is birds pooping on our car! I can’t help but have a solution to little droppings all over my car!

Cleaning the car can often be seen as quite the laborious task. The image here is likely to be buckets of soap, water and a hefty amount of elbow grease for good measure. However, this does not have to be the case in the slightest. So with that in mind, let’s begin a look at some of the reasons why it’s a worthwhile investment for your car-cleaning routine.

No one likes to see their car get worn out in appearance. A pressure washer is perfect for car owners who want the make sure that their prized possession will be squeaky clean and free from dirt. This is especially true for those spots that remain determined to stay on your car, no matter how much you rub at them.

Spray With Care

It should be pointed out and well noted that you must take care using the pressure washer on your car. Check to see if the nozzle has variable widths. It’s very important that you do not use the most pointed and powerful setting on the car’s paintwork or any chips in the paintwork; this could lead to the paint being stripped away. Certainly not the outcome that you wanted from cleaning the car!CarWash2 1

Steps to a Cleaner Car

So, by using sensible settings and attachments you can get the job done without damage. A wide spray is good for rinsing off the initial layer of grime, dirt and various other bits that have stuck on. The least powerful setting should then be used for spraying the car in the foam wash to cover it. With the cleaner applied, you can then start to target the more stubborn dirt that’s still left on. Here, the brush attachment can be used if your machine has one. The brush should be able to take care of not only the harder to remove grease and dirt, but equally for the wheels to get them shining again. All done, stand well back and use the higher powered and wider spray to give your car a final wash down.

This should have your car shining again, and leave you with a satisfied smile for a job well done with less the hassle. Your pressure washer may take some time to get used to, but once it becomes familiar you won’t look back!

  6. I didn't know you could use a pressure washer on your vehicle. I always thought the pressure could leave dents and lossen stuff. Idk, I'm not a car person. I'll tell the hubby though he is fanatic about his car and washes it weekly, I do mine monthly, mostly cause if I don't he will. lol
